Welcome to Bayán Association's website.

Bayán Association is a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It was founded in 1986 with a vision dedicated to the social and economic development of Honduras.

Bayán Association has focused its energies through programs in two areas: health and education. The Association has also dedicated much energy and seen good results in environment programs.

Currently, the focus of the Bayán Association is directed towards the promotion of the Tutorial Learning System (SAT) developed by FUNDAEC (Colombia). The program currently supports 8,022 students in rural villages to complete their middle and secondary education throughout the country.

Our offices are located in La Ceiba, Honduras, Central America.
